can anybody confirm the rumors that BSNL free usage limits has been doubled temporarily! & its for existing customers not new connections

20% concession is the recent change in Plan and tariff. First they gave it to Govt. employees, then now to Visually Impaired. Please check the forum regularly. If there is a new plan, we will definitely find it as a new thread.

BSNL slightly modified its plan to some special customer(Like Physically impaired) in 2009. New plans are not yet published. the double usage plan was Diwali bumper and was valid for the month of November 2008.
