    Unhappy please help-regarding plan change

    i requested bsnl officer to change my plan from HOME250 to HOME500
    it apperars as order status "Provisioned" in portal window
    does it mean that my plan has been upgraded

    According to BSNL, provisioned means plan change effective. However, try Night Unlimited time and check whether the chargaeble units is zero. Only then use it. Talking to Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) can confirm a plan change. For NU, you need to switch on the modem after 2.00 am and switch if off before 8.00 am. Otherwise you will be charged for your usage..
