|  According to BSNL, provisioned means plan change effective. However, try Night Unlimited time and check whether the chargaeble units is zero. Only then use it. Talking to Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) can confirm a plan change. For NU, you need to switch on the modem after 2.00 am and switch if off before 8.00 am. Otherwise you will be charged for your usage.. Please go through this link.
