Thread: I am not able to connect to bsnl

Hi guys ..from feew past days im aint able to connect to internet im able to get open 192.168.1.1 site but its nt connecting to internet ...Plz help me out

what is the error you are getting if you are using dialer or if you are using "Always on" connection then what are the lights showing on the modem...?

Error im getting is ....."Unable to connect to remote computer"........and the lights shown are Red..Orange..and green.......and whenever the orange light use to stable i use 2 conect internet but even though the orange light is stable im unable 2 connect nw

Update the following details
1) In your modem page goto Diagnostics and check if "Test ADSL Synchronization" is pass or fail
2) which modem you use
3) SNR value & Attenuation ( you will get this in summery or device info , ADSL)

1.ADSL synchronisation is failed

2.Nokia siemens C2110

3.SNR 31 (downstream) 14(Upstrean)
attenuation is 11.5(Downstrean ) 5.0 (Upstream)

As your ADSL sync is failed you are not able to get connected...!
check if your user name and password is correct,
What you can do is try to reset the router and do the configuration again and see if it helps

If it doesnt then call ISP and complaint it as they can solve it..!
