    i want to change the bsnl broadband plan online
    pls tell me what i do

    Changing the plan online is not possible as yet. Submit a plan change application at your local exchange.

    A written request with owner's signature is required for a plan change. Plan change is a bit tricky and has hidden charges. Please go through these links.
