At the last week of the previous month i applied for a plan change of my startup250 to home500c .

Today my portal shows my new plan (home 500c) as provisoned.
can i now start using my new plan?(yesterday it showed the status as
future dated)

Is my new plan 500c offers the same speed as that of startup 250?

Provisioned confirms the plan change. Still knowing BSNL and its method, talk to a technical person (Senior Divisional Engineer , SDE) through phone and confrim it.

Speed will be the same. But you will get night unlimited facility.ie, you can download as much as you can during 2.00 am to 8.00 am. You need not be awake during this period. You can try this link for automating the process.

You need to restart the modem after 2.00 am and shut it down before 8.00 am, otherwise you will be charged for your usage.
