I have applied BSNL Land Line & Broadband connection from BSNL Authrised sales person on 18th April 09. I have paid 2,600 Rs to her. She given the bill and she told to me i will get back to you within 3 days. No replay from her. Iam unable to reach her. If any body taken the connection from her pls infrom me. | I think you are cheated. Talk to someone in your local exchange. If she does not exist, launch a complaint. |

Rep Power: 10  | You have been cheated. BSNL never ask for upfront payment for the broadband connection. The amount for broadband is included in the telephone bill. |

Rep Power: 12 | Please take the receipt given by the "Sales Representative", to nearest Customer Care of nearest Exchange. Confirm genuineness or otherwise. Give them the Cell phone number as given to you. Did you get any response from her ? Nowadays BSNL is employing Part time sales agents. Were you asked to provide additional documents ? Copies Photo copies of property tax Election ID card, IT Pan card etc ? ( These would have been mentioned in the application ) |

Rep Power: 2 |  BSNL has no provision for charging the customer for the Broadband prior to their connection allotment and every charge is made via the normal telephone bill............. |
