I have got my BSNL broadband connection activated and have got my userid and password. However, when I am using the CD provided to register with BSNL and complete the setup, I am getting an error after providing my PPPoE id and phone number. The error says, "The PPPoE username you have entered is currently not present in the system. Please call BSNL ......". However, when I called BSNL they are saying everything has been setup.
Am I missing something here?
I have setup one Network connection with my PPPoE id and password for dialling to BSNL. Can the connection be not made as always on? If yes, how do I do it?
