I think BSNL NIB-II PORTAL is down. Try this, BSNL - Broadband Account Management. I think you are familiar with bandwidth meter. Most of them use it as the BSNL site is not dependable. Click here to download. Please note that it calculates from the moment from which it is installed, not from 1 st of month. The values may differ a bit from BSNL portal. So counter check with portal at regular intervals and leave a gap of 50 MB.

I hope your external IP starts with 117.... Otherwise, you may not be able to use these portals.

earlier i used portal to check all is fien upto 31st april
Since you mentioned, I just tried. Initially I was able to check my usage. Then it began to show no records found. Must be an error with the portal. It is quite usual with BSNL portals. Please check daily.
