| I think BSNL NIB-II PORTAL is down. Try this, BSNL - Broadband Account Management. I think you are familiar with bandwidth meter. Most of them use it as the BSNL site is not dependable. Click here to download. Please note that it calculates from the moment from which it is installed, not from 1 st of month. The values may differ a bit from BSNL portal. So counter check with portal at regular intervals and leave a gap of 50 MB. |

| I hope your external IP starts with 117.... Otherwise, you may not be able to use these portals.
