Rep Power: 1  |  not able to access the modem hi... i use a iti dna11-1 modem with h500c plan....i get a message that my lan has "limited or no connectivity"....due to this i cannot open my modem to make any configuration changes.....but then i am still able to connect to internet....can any one help |

Rep Power: 2 |  If the actual problem lies with the modem .................. then you can always revert back to the BSNL officials and explain the problem to them and ask for a replacement ........... In case of a one time purchase of the modem a warranty of 1yr is provided while if the modem is on lease you can then have it changed as well .................... |
