    Default not able to access the modem

    hi...
    i use a iti dna11-1 modem with h500c plan....i get a message that my lan has "limited or no connectivity"....due to this i cannot open my modem to make any configuration changes.....but then i am still able to connect to internet....can any one help

    You had reset the modem earlier for similar problem.
    hi essbebe,,,,
    thank you.....as you said .... i have pressed the reset button..and after savig and rebooting the modem everything was back to normal,i am able to access the modem through my web browser.i use a dialer and my connection is not in "always on" mode.

    i have reset the modem many no of times ....but the problem is repeating always

    Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

    If the actual problem lies with the modem .................. then you can always revert back to the BSNL officials and explain the problem to them and ask for a replacement ...........
    In case of a one time purchase of the modem a warranty of 1yr is provided while if the modem is on lease you can then have it changed as well ....................
