May be some of the files got deleted. Try a download and reinstall. Please mention your OS.

I am using xp.Some of the files in the program folder is infected according to avast.
During installation it finds a trojan
Then i switched of avast and installed.
When i run the programs, imran broadband helper and configure modem runs. But imran Voip is still infected and cant be run.may it be the problem?
Any other way to reboot the modem?
    thnx in advance.

Delete the file imran-voip.exe and scan the folder - you will not get any virus report from your antivirus.

this is done to run the Telnet client manually :-

click Start, Run, type "telnet" and press enter

after doing this for opening your router via telnet type the following in the telnet window:-

    telnet>o 192.168.1.1

then press enter .............. your router would prompt you for your username and password which is usually "admin" and "admin" in most of the cases ...............
    username:admin
    password:admin

then you would be able to log into your router setting then going through the various commands you need to find out if you can manually reboot the router using the restart/reboot/system restart(this command depends upon your router type )so find out which command would reboot your router.

if you have any queries just revert back ............

I am very much afraid of limited plan.
first month i used 818mb for 11 days thought that i can use 1.5 gb for all months regardless the start date.

Now bsnl shows more errors abt usage(fortunately most of them supporting customer)

But i am very afraid of a negative result.

    My latest xperience is attached.
it shows a session 5.37 to 9.13 included in night unlomited.how does it happen.
Also that day i was browsing till 2.10 and started heavy downloads after that and closed before 8.00.Downloaded around 4gb
But nothing is shown even in the night unlimited. Also the time is different
shows an increased time around 1.15hrs in night unlimited.

    when will they become perfect?

But why did you kept it alive till 9.13 am. Or is it an incorrect representation of 8.00 or 8.13 am.

I believe you are using a Bandwidth meter. This one has an option to keep it off during the NU period.

You can set sms and email alerts when you pass your usage limit. Please use this

    Web Registration for Usage Alerts

I didnt kept it till 9.13 am.i closed it before 8.00 am.Also some gbs are missing.
First i had given up the efforts with imrans utility.but yesterday i downloaded around 2gb in unlimited time and unfortunately kept the modem till 8.40 am.Now i am anxiously waiting for the updates in the portal. So i decided to find another solution for modem rebooting.

can u post another link (non rapidshare) for that bandwidth meter?

This method will be handy if you have above configuration and often use Firefox 9or any other browser), instead of IE. Not sure if this will work for you if the configuration is different.

    Open IE7
Enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and hit enter.
When prompted enter Username "admin" and Passowrd as "admin" (or whatever you have saved previously)
Make sure you select "Remember my password" ( this is very important step)
Click OK and let the page load completely.
    Now close the browser window.

    Open IE7 again.
    Go to Tools>Internet Options>General>Homepage
Enter "http://192.168.1.1/rebootinfo.cgi" into address bar (remove previously saved home page URL if you prefer) and click Apply and then OK.
Press F5 and wait for few seconds and check if the modem reboots.(how to check: DSL, Internet and WLAN lights on the modems front panel go off one by one and come back momentarily)
    Close IE7.

Now simply using windows Scheduler (Start>All Programs>Accessoris>System Tools>Scheduled Tasks), schedule to run IE7 everyday at 2:10AM and 7:50AM.

    Voila!

ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter - Freeware to display bandwidth consumed for session, day and month or you can also use Bitmeter.I use both of them.

As for values, use BSNL Portal. It is better than the one you use now.
