can anyone please tell me what is the usual Download speed in Home 750 UL plan. i am getting 10 KBPS speed normally.

The usual speed is 28-32 kilo bytes per second (kBps)
can you please tell in detail in which application are you getting this speed...?

tell in which application are you getting this speed & will tell what to do to get the full speed..!

i get this speed whenever i download any mp3 song or any other file fromthe net

I use UL 750. Maximum is 32 KBps and avg is 28 KBps. Please try a download manager and check. It can be a problem of that particular site. Try a download from Microsoft.
