my net disconnects after every 10 mins
and connects after 5 mins......
again dc again connect
plz guide me

and one more qustion
sir can i use other persons is on my system for surfing net my provider is bsnl

Sorry.What do you mean by that.

You cannot use your friend's id and password on your computer as it is bonded to the telephone no.

You can allow anybody you wish on your system provided you are not earning from it. In that case, please use a business plan.

Harjinder please see and confirm that when your net gets disconnected the DSL / ADSL light in the modem will be constantly on or will start to blink as soon as your net gets disconnected..?

if your DSL / ADSL light is blinking then complaint to BSNL that your DSL is not coming and it is frequently disconnecting and they will rectify it....!
