Thumbs down Linksys WRH54G setup with BSNL

    Hi,

Bought this router today and followed all the instructions mentioned but I'm still not able to connect to the internet even on the desktop with the LAN cable.

I'm not sure if I've got the right settings for the dataone broadband. I used my user name and password and left the service name blank. All the other settings are at default. with this it didn't work!

Then i tried playing around with the settings, but nothing seems to work.

    Please help.

    Default Working now

Folks .. I managed to get it working when I used the DHCP setting instead of the PPPoE.

BUT now, I'm not able to dial up to my office VPN using Contivity Client (Nortel Networks). I used to be able to connect when i was using the Hardwired connection.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

dhcp instead of ppoe? that doesnt make sense ,these 2 terms perform different functions which are not comparable..
