I have been using BSNL broadband since last 2 years with a plan of 250..Changed the plan to 750+ in march..which was shown to be effective in BSNL portal from 11/03/2009..but unaware of the fact that BSNL uses details only from its database..i got a bill of 12000 approx for the usage ...its totally a wrong billing by BSNL...went to the local exchange..they said that there database still carries the 250 plan and though there was a request to change it...I dont get this point as How is this possible..The portal showing a change in plan but no change in database..Ran there for 3 days..ultimately they say that they have upgraded the plan but I will have to pay the amount..I talked to the accounts officer,the PRO,the GM but all gave me the same answer.I really feel helpless..
paying a amount of 12000Rs is not really done..Money does not grow on trees..also why should i pay for a bill which is totally wrong..plz suggest where should i go for the complain.......
