    Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all and check that your gateway is 192.168.1.1

    If not change it or try to use the default gateway IP as shown in the cmd.

    it is assumed that internet is working
    for Option 3
    and you cannot
    access the Modem settings.

    REF:New Page 1

    Option 1 ;
    Start Network LAn properties
    TCP/IP properties
    Check what is the default gateway.
    Say 192.168.1.1. this is modem's address.
    For utstar ID admin password utstar.

    if not successful

    Option 2 :
    In above select Obtain Ip address automatically.
    Save Apply
    Again check Ip 192.168.1.x
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    default gateway 192.168 .x.x
    try this again
    Still No success

    Option 3 : NEW

    Check your present dynamic Ip here.
    What is my IP address? IP Address Tracer, Internet Speed Test, DNS Tools

    Then type it in IE browser address bar
    http://111.222.33.44 ( Imaginary IP)
    A window should open asking for modem ID and PW !

    If still no go

    Option 4 ;

    Reset the modem with power on for 20 / 30 seconds
    Set to factory settings.
    Now try 192.168.1.1

    ( hope you have also, downloaded the user manual 37 pages PDF mentioned above for checking your entries !)

    Option 5 :
    Give feedback +ve or -ve
