Thread: Access to usage details for H-500 users...

Hi, is anyone able to get the usage details for the past one week?
Whenever i check they say "NO USAGE DETAILS FOUND"...

There are 4 sources to check your usage. 2 BSNL portals, 1 BSNL software, 1 Independent software.

1. BSNL - Broadband Account Management , values in KB.

2. BSNL Portal, values in MB, user friendly.

3. Both these sites can be down at times. So most of us use a Bandwidth meter. Click here to download.

4. A software from BSNL can help us check the usage without using the portal. BSNL also provides SMS and email alerts when you cross your usage limit.

For me it took about 4 days. Please check after a day or two.

i've noticed one thing , the bbservice.bsnl.in link does not always work at first attempt.. i always had to refresh 5-6 times , or open it in multiple tabs..
