    Lightbulb VPN Solutions

You can use "Routing and Remote Access" Service to configure VPN host in Windows also known as "Incoming Connections" but Windows XP limits to one client only to connect at a given time (Server Class OS's e.g Windows 2003 Server has no such limit)

Another Options to easily create VPN are Softwares such as Hamachi, Wippein, EasyVPN, OpenVPN etc. With these software you can get your VPN running in minutes.

Also hardware based VPN servers are Avaialble in market.
