Rep Power: 1  |  Any scripts for NIC enable and disable? i am using internet explorer and scheduled tasks to reboot my modem.(thanx to a IB forum member)as i am using opera and firefox to browse. Now i am using imrans utility only for enabling and disabling NIC and also for shut down. After some observation i know that imrans utility is not accurate in the case of time.it lags but scheduled tasks works perfect. If i am getting two scripts, 1. For enabling and disabling NIC 2.For shutting down PC at a particular time. Then i can remove imran utility.Also no need to check its running in system tray.Scheduled tasks will perform accurate when ur pc is on. Solutions plz...... |

Rep Power: 2 |  Devcon and AutoShutDown You can use Devcon utility from Microsoft to Enable/Disable any device you want and AutoShutDown software can be used to schedule shutdowns. |
