Hi friends,

i am from chennai i already have a BSNL Bfone, i want to take the broadband Home 500 C+ connection but my doubt is will they be providing the same on my present Bfone connection or they will provide a new one for Broadband.

How is the performance of BSNL Broadband in chennai, do they have any downtime...?

I think any landline connection from BSNL is eligible for a broadband connection. It is only a matter of using splitter and modem.

I think BSNL can be rated between 70 - 75 out of 100.

You (deepmohan) can apply for a new broadband connection on your current Bfone connection.

The performance of BSNL is very good in Chennai. By the way where are you staying in chennai.

Chennai circle comes under one of the only two Metro BSNL. So you can expect better offers. Other one is Kolkata.

go for BSNL as its the best according to its al-cheapo price...... but make sure that service provided by bsnl at your area/locality is good by asking your neighbours or friends else wise you will regret
