the lights on my modem stops blinking after few minutes i kept it untouched

i noticed that it is happening with only when im downloading torrent files

it is just happening from the biggining of this month (may)

A lot of similar complaints. I think this has something to do with BSNL.

and there is no problem when we keep browsing
it wont stops
this problem araises when we kept it alone

if this problem stops when we reinstall utorrent

does the internet work when the lights stop blinking? are oyu able to access 192.168.1.1 that time?
