    @mazhar840.
    Mention the modem model/make.
    In case of problems, always simplify by
    using a single setup;

    BSNL PHONE Junction==>> Modem==>>computer 1
    ethernet Port .

    Ensure you get connected to internet and can surf all sites.

    Then connect the other computer2 via switch.

    Post ipconfig /all data.
    Start RUN type cmd type ipconfig /all

    mention whether you use "Dialer" mode'" "Bridged'
    (you enter userid and password in a dialer window and connect.)

    or "ALways On PPP/PPPoE
    (the system/modem conect to Internet automatically.)

    ipconfig/all values seems well in place.

    I am (and was) also using the same modem make and had faced the same problem to which I myself had discovered a solution.
    Just follow these steps:

    1) Reset your modem (keep the reset button pressed for about 10-15 seconds).

    2) Configure your modem with all the settings and username and password.

    3) Reboot the modem using System>Reset & Restart. Make sure that
    "Reset to factory default settings " is not selected.

    4) Then you will automatically be connected to the internet.

    5) And do not use the "Internet Gateway" after that. In my experience, it has always resulted in the problem propping back again.

    I don't have any explanations to state as to why this works. But, it just works.

    After resetting the modem, configure it again with the correct settings, username, password etc.

    I am saying this from my experience and not just saying for the sake of words.
