Default Excess BSNL Bill. Anybody know why?

    Hello,

We got BSNL Phone + Internet Connection ( UL 1350 ) package on March 27th.

In APrill i got 70 odd rupees bill.

But today, I got 3000+ odd bill. 154 rs call charges, 300 rs odd tax.

    I think they have charged 1350 X 2 = 2700.

Any reason why? I have used only for April and march 3 days.

I didn't take any modem from BSNL Guys

    waiting for your reply...

    1350 + 1350 = 1 month rent + 1 month advance.

This is quite normal (even if they do not mention it)

Please post a scanned copy of the bill (blackening the personal details) that we can help in a proper break up.

May be they charged it again by mistake. With BSNL it is quite common. Talk with BSNL customer care and ask for the no of accounts section. They can help you deduce the bill and correct errors if any.

Check usage at BSNL Portal with
14digit portal Id and Default PW as password.
    ( obtain from Exchange)
Probably you have been billed under different Tariff plan.
    Para twO:
Modem security advance : Rs 500 ( on rent )
    Advance BB charges rs 750/=
May be modem cost also included ! Rs 1600/=+ taxes.
    ( by mistake).
    Talk to CC /A.O.
