Thread: WA3002G4 hangs sometimes

Hello all,

Sometimes while browsing ....in between my connection looks like waiting for something...

Says Looking up google.com......

At that time, when I try to ping 192.168.1.1 which is the default gateway, it looks like it time's out too...

When I try to open the admin panel of the modem, by typeing 192.168.1.1 it also hangs. So I had to restart my modem or restart my network connection to solve the issue.

Does anyone faced a similar issue?

are you connected via USB?? check pc for virus/spyware..another possiblity is DNS servers , but if 192.168.1.1 is also not accessible, then can be ruled out..

When this problem comes up
press CTRL+ALT+DEL
Task manger.
See applications not running, and CPU usage.
Disable from start up , applications not required.
Check again.
