When i checked my account i found that they have charged me for downloads which started at 1.59 am............ I need to know whether i wil get the unlimited download offer only if starts my download after 2 am.............. |

Rep Power: 12  | If there is a time block showing usage between 0159 AM and 0229 AM and again usage recorded from 0229 etc you can contact A.O for waiver. If shown 0159AM to 0845AM ( say) also you can ask for waiver on average basis . Time difference your system/Bsnl portal etc. Check your System time as usual and compare at this site which shows your log in time. http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal Always better to start at 0205 or 0210 AM and disconnect modem around 0755AM. See the sticky thread in the beginning of this forum. |

| you will get free download only if you start after 2 AM that too you have to reboot your router after 2 AM (switch off router & switch it back on after 2 AM) For rebooting you can use Imran's utility in which you can just schedule and keep at 2 AM it will automatically reboot the router |

| You will be charged unless you switch off and on the modem a little after 2.00 am and before 8.00 am. As mentioned above Imran's Broadband Utility is a handy software. With it, you need not be awake and you can automate the process.
