    Please try

    http://www.indiabroadband.net/broadb...ing-guide.html

    If you fail to find a guide here, try portforward.com and select your modem.

    @baltant
    Modem ( new) Ut300r2U supplied by BSNL
    normally does not have PF facilities.

    Even if you change to "Always On' PPP/PPPoE
    mode you will not get under Advanced Options
    Virtual server/port triggering etc
    Only DMZ available.

    Try with some other modem.
    AT YOUR OWN RISK
    you can try a Firmware update.
    ( Not available in manufacturer's web site ).
    Details if required.

    Once your modem is configured in bridge mode then port forwarding is not required coz all ports are open in bridge mode. Check your firewall settings.
