    hi
    i want to change my regular modem to WiFi
    tell me what it will cost?
    Will speed decrease by using wifi at home?

    Is your modem on rental basis or did you buy it outright.

    AFAIK a wifi modem (type -2) from bsnl costs 1600rs+tax, if you buy it outright. I have seen wifi being used, there are no issues as far as speed is concerned.
