I have BSNL broadband connection. BSNL has provided UT-300R2U modem. Problem is, connection works for 5-10 mins and connection gets freezed. I need to pull out power cable from modem and reconnect. Again it works for 5-10 mins. Is there any way I can stop my connection and re-sale or return modem and get refund for same.
