disable the advt.
Your router is listed above.

Then select the application you want to portforward.

If you are using "Dialer" "Wanminiport" "bridged" mode PF not required.

the menu shows in that tutorial not my modem...and mine's doesnt hav option like that.....no port fwding options....etc....help...plzzz
and i donno if am usin dialer ,brridged, etc which mode am usin...am not a techie...plz help

If you get connected to Internet , as soon as you switch on the computer and modem, you are in "Always On'PPP/PPPoE mode.
Then you can access Advanced options in your modem.

If you have to enter your UserId and password
in a dialer Window you are on "Bridged" Wanminiport , and all ports are open.

Do you have installation Cd and Manual for your router ?

If you specify the application and port you want to PF
entries can be suggested in the modem settings page.
