Rep Power: 12  | Please try this link http://www.portforward.com/english/r...1/fpadvert.htm disable the advt. Your router is listed above. Then select the application you want to portforward. If you are using "Dialer" "Wanminiport" "bridged" mode PF not required. |

Rep Power: 0 | the menu shows in that tutorial not my modem...and mine's doesnt hav option like that.....no port fwding options....etc....help...plzzz and i donno if am usin dialer ,brridged, etc which mode am usin...am not a techie...plz help |

Rep Power: 12 | If you get connected to Internet , as soon as you switch on the computer and modem, you are in "Always On'PPP/PPPoE mode. Then you can access Advanced options in your modem. If you have to enter your UserId and password in a dialer Window you are on "Bridged" Wanminiport , and all ports are open. Do you have installation Cd and Manual for your router ? If you specify the application and port you want to PF entries can be suggested in the modem settings page. confirm your modem pages look like this. http://i4.tinypic.com/5y2f8ds.jpg You have to select virtual servers menu option.
