hi everbody

bsnl has started online payment in wb circle of bsnl land line bill
is it safe to pay payment online because if they donot recieve the paymet
they will cut my broadband connection bsnl babus do not know till know that
online payment as started

Knowing BSNL, no one can guarantee. Please try and update if you are having problems.

Keep records for payment which specifies payment date. Check with the accounts section. They will be the right person to confirm.

Which telecom circle are you in? I am in bangalore and make all my payments online and its perfectly safe and convenient. To verify if your bill has been paid or not, after you login to ur account, click on bills. If the bill u are supposed to pay shows there, you have not paid it. If it shows in the archive section than the bill has been paid. It usually takes 1 to 2 days to update, so to be on the safer side, pay ur bill at least 3 days before due date.

NOTE: Most of the time u will be able to login to ur account through a BSNL internet connection only

Its absolutely safe to pay online BillDesk will be collecting payment on behalf of bsnl dont worry about babus they will be like that only if any problem arise contact higher authorities who are aware. am from chennai circle n pay my bills online on problems till now.

No such issue is their you can login through any other ISP's too i dont have bsnl Internet connection.

Its safe to pay the bills online, specially if the page in which you enter all the details start with "https" not just "http" and when ever you pay keep the record of payment so when there is some issue you can have atleast something as proof of the payment.

I had a bad experience paying my bill online.BSNL west bengal is worst telecom circle in India.Even the AOTR of my exchange does not know that online payment system has been introduced.They cut my broadband line for non-payment of bill.I had to visit exchange 10 times to settle the matter.

Its BSNL so such unconveniences are regretted, even if you make the payment at post office, bank then too you may face such problems since its BSNL.

I have been paying my telephone bill (Chennai Circle) through online for past 1 year. I have faced no issues till now. One more advantage in paying online is that you get 1% discount in your next month's bill. Even though this discount amount is small..A Discount is a discount. I am not sure if this is applicable in WB circle. Confirm on this with your telephone exchange or nearest CC.
