i have a bsnl 2mbps night 2-8 unlimited plan

i download many things using torrent so can u give me proper setting to fast downloading speed and to keep my upload ratio proper (i have an iptorrent account)
show me all the available setting known to u . i use a utorent soft to download through torrent
and i also need a bwtorrents invitation
