Either case, BSNL will replace the modem. 3.Whether purchased from outside ? COMPANY WARRANTY conditions apply. 4. Your "5 year Plan" for Broadband usage. laptop , IPTV, VOIP etc. 5 Quote:

| I use Nokia Siemens C 2110 for since last November. Never had any problem. It does not have wifi and now costs Rs.1000 + tax. As mentioned earlier, if you use a modem from BSNL, you can have a replacement free of charge. |
