    Default Low signal strength in online games

    I tried hamachi today for playing nfs mw.When i join a game the signal strength shows the minimum and the game lagged very much even though i hav 2mbps.But other players having high signal strength even with 256kbps.
    Whats wrong with bsnl...?

    Anyway to fix it...?
    I hav used ashampoo internet accelerator 3 to speed up net.
    But i hadnt enough idea about the technical terms they used.
    Can i boost my speed with it effectively..?
    Or give me any other solution for online gaming.

    When it comes to online gaming, BSNL has a very bad reputation.

    New spell ranks on PTR, lag fix, comics

    -> scroll down to international lag fix, this will definitely reduce your latency considerably.
    There will still be a constant latency because of the physical travel time and shitty routing from india to foreign servers of the order of 100-300ms depending on where the server is (S.E Asia < Australia < UK/EU < US).

    I've heard that open dps sometimes fixes latency problems but essbebe made a post stating it's useless as far as i remember.

    Also, as a previous poster said, BSNL pretty much sucks for latency; other ISPs are probably better.

    Let me know if you get any results with the registry changes in the link.

    i played fifa 09 in hamachi direct ip2ip. It was considerably better.
    Pls give me any tool for registry changes for latency and other.
    I dont have enough knowledge about setting those values MTU, RWIN,TTL ping and others.Now i have boosted my net using ashampoo internet accelerator for DSL 2000Kb/s modem

    I have another tool for this Speed Guard TCP optimiser.I have used this earlier but not in broadband.

    Plz give me any solution.

    In SG TCP optomiser when i test my largest MTU with speed guide .com
    I get

    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 40 bytes ->bytes=40 time=289ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 750 bytes ->bytes=750 time=301ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 1125 bytes ->bytes=1125 time=306ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 1312 bytes ->bytes=1312 time=308ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 1406 bytes ->bytes=1406 time=310ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 1453 bytes ->bytes=1453 time=311ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 1476 bytes -> ..fragmented
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 1465 bytes ->IcmpSendEcho(): 0

    Then what should i use as my largest MTU
    Now i use 1500.

    When i check my latency with sum sites

    I get

    Pinging [193.10.252.19] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=220ms TTL=233
    Pinging [193.10.252.19] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=221ms TTL=233
    Pinging [193.10.252.19] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=224ms TTL=233
    Pinging [218.32.192.112] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=316ms TTL=45
    Pinging [218.32.192.112] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=316ms TTL=45
    Pinging [218.32.192.112] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=316ms TTL=45
    Pinging [216.77.188.41] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=303ms TTL=37
    Pinging [216.77.188.41] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=303ms TTL=37
    Pinging [216.77.188.41] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=303ms TTL=37
    Pinging [207.155.252.39] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=269ms TTL=232
    Pinging [207.155.252.39] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=268ms TTL=232
    Pinging [207.155.252.39] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=268ms TTL=232
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=290ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=288ms TTL=37
    Pinging [66.230.207.58] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=289ms TTL=37
    Ping statistics for above hosts:
    Packets: Sent = 15, Received = 15, Lost = 0 (0% loss)
    Approximate round trip times (RTT) in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 220ms, Maximum = 316ms, Average = 279ms

    That means my latency is 280ms....?

    Then i get my RWIN/BDP as 70000 bps

    But in programs main settings there is 2 columns for setting the values

    I dont know what to put so i use the default

    The columns are

    TCP recieve window current value is 128480

    TTL 64

    What is the appropriate values for that columns...?

    Plz help....
