Thread: SIEMENS C2110 MODEM problem after firmware updation

My siemens C2110 ADSL Modem are in problem after getting upgrade the firmware to ver. 55.1.04.02. Link led is not blinking after connection. am i be able to use this modem further at all? anybody pls help.

Can you open the modem settings pages /

192.168.1.1 admin admin

If all menu pages can be seen

what made you upgrade firmware?

Firmwares are being modified accidently to latest Ver.
Now i can't access to mdm setting page by 192.168.1.1 through internet explorer
as per setting of bsnl guide page

you meant without knowing the consequences you updated the firmware....

If firmware update failed and if your old firmware got erased then i think your modem is useless until you get one firmware installed... is that possible now i dont think sooo...

Whether the modem /router is on rental basis or
purchased outright
( usually replacement within a year possible)
TRY for a replacement at your BSNL exchange.
