Thread: Speed at 5.00 am

Today I experienced a terrible difference in speed. So I checked at 5.00 am and 8.00 am. Please find the results here. They seems to be from different plans. I have UL 750 which give minimum speed for broadband. Now if that itself falls, it will be hard to find another terminology

Both the results are for same connection, without even switching off the modem. 3 hours apart. My speed dipped to 15 KBps. It is ok for 500 plans when their speed dips. Mine is only 32 KBps and that was compromised.

probably they include some HOME 500 users to this server ( night unlimtied ) during the 5am time..

Likely. 15 KBps was way too low. My pages took a lot of time to load. So I thought of a speed test.

In Kolkata this happen, maybe there server error or somthing. Not only you face this magic, there are some people who have face this magic when they are using home UL 750.
Can you tell me where do you leave and what modem are you using.
and what is your ip address start from 59 or 117.

Normally I used to get somewhere around 0.32 Kbps and they call this broadband.
