Error 619 On Baton Iball Modem ! Plz Help Hello guys, this is my first post here.I'm a webmaster from kerala.Using bsnl 500 home plan.I'm having a baton iball modem which i bought from a shop to use with bsnl broadband as the default ones sux.
It was all working good till day before yesterday as the modem failed to connect then.It began to display an "Error 619"
What i'd do? is it the problem with modem or network?
Plz help.Kind regards!
Edit - Guys the problem fixed when i create a new connection !

Please Confirm you use IE browser.
Para two:
1..Please compare the Device status
..... of new Iball baton modem
..... and the old BSNL modem.
2..... Please mention modem details for both.
.........and the cost of Iball Baton modem.
...........New modems from BSNL cost Rs 1000/= + taxes.
3. What was the problem/ faced, when the old BSNL modem was used ?
