    Talking recovery of lost password to see bb useage

    I have lost "'password" to enter bsnl broadband useage account. how can I recover the same?

    Password is normally password unless you change it. If you changed and forgot, talk with your local exchange and request a password reset.

    Yes, it is valid all over India. I had posted this just one or two days back. And I have also tried it a lot of times for some small queries.

    The Central Broadband Team can reset your password. Do note that they work from08.00 AM to 08.00 PM.

    No it wont work for chennai customers for them its 1500 and 1502.

    That would be a new information to me if it is right.
    But I believe that it most probably won't be.

    I don't know about 1502, but, 1500 refers to the Landline Call Centre (available in only selected states).

    1800-424-1600
    is an All India Helpline Number specially for BSNL Broadband.

    i have tried the same and then i am conforming here actually chennai telephones have setup special cust care for their BB customers.

    BSNL Chennai and Kolkata are Metro BSNL. They are bit different from other circles.
