Thread: Why BBService is always down?

I am trying from last 4 days to access bbservice.bsnl.in .

I wanted to check my usage from my portal id from this site. But I could not able to open the site even once.

Is there any other place to check this?

Usually, this site is down form 28 to 31 of month ,to 1-3 of next month for billing purpose. I do not know of any alternate web site.

Best is to use any Bandwidth monitor software for this period.

This iste works all the time. BSNL Portal

To check the usage, there are more than one method. One of them should work for you.

First check your BSNL email ID. If you have crossed the usage limit, it would have received an email stating so. If not, you are safe.

Do not depend on BSNL site to check usage. Most of us use a bandwidth meter to keep track of the usage. Click here to download.

Why they both bbservice and data.bsnl.in don`t work...?

Usually at the beginning and end of every month, both the BSNL Usage portals will be down. Usually, it comes back around the 5th of every month.

Billing issues. We can't help. These guys might have missed the word " planning " while reading dictionary.
