    Unhappy speed problem in bsnl 500c plan...plzz help out..

    hello friends...i have changed my bsnl250 plan to 500c plan....the problem with this new plan is that during nightUL hours i am getting a speed of only 30kB/ps which is very low for this....whereas my friends are getting a speed of 250kB/ps on n average...what should i do..?

    First i got a speed of 200-230kbps
    but some time i got only 40-60kbps
    can anybody help me?

    Are you mentioning about torrents. Use torrent with enough seeds.

    check your speed at Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and if its really less then report over here.
