what is this error 676... how to rectify it

I know there must be some posts here regarding that error but right now i am in hurry and also too lazy to search for it

You can delete your dialler and try a new one.

open your modem. settings page.
In wan page uncheck " Bridged"
select PPP/PPPoE
give user name without @ bsnl.in
password

Save reboot. Wait for two minutes.

restart.

Do you get connected to Internet automatically now /

If OK , give feedback.
( hope you will at least give the modem/model make now )
