Thread: BSNL Usage

Hi guys!!!

i use BSNL home 500c plan.....there is 1.5GB limit in this plan...
but when i checked usage it gave me 1743.60MB total volume of june 2009!!!!!

WHY?i didn't used it much!
the total volume that BSNL tells is NU included or NU excluded???????

and what is the "Chargeable Units Excluding Nightt Unlimited" in the corner.......

Check for chargeable units at the left end of the table. It gives the value excluding NU. Please check your usage details and check that any NU usage has been charged. It can happen at times. If your 2.00 am and 8.00 am do not match with BSNL.

Restrict your usage to NU only. Chargeable units is just 0.6 MB will cost no more than Rs. 1 extra. For 500 C extra MBs are charged @ 80 paise per MB.

Still to update how your NU or some other usage cost you 1.7 GB. Since only you can access your usage details, please check whether any of the NU is charged or is some BSNL error or a case of hacking.

There are two categories.

1. Total volume - What you used. Including NU

2. Chargeable units - What you need to pay for. For NU, chargeable units is zero. In your case both downloads during NU are charged as zero.

There are a few other usages which is not during NU, for that you are charged 0.06 MB. You can use 1.5 GB during non NU period. Downloads during NU is not included in Chargeable units. Keep tracking chargeable units. It should not be more than 1.5 GB.

Please note, the usage is only up to 1st June.
