Thread: New BB connctn but no usrnme/passwd

Hi,
I had applied for new BSNL Broadband and I have gt ADSL Type 2 modem and all necessary hardware.

But how will i knw whether the broadband line is up??? the BSNL technicians told that wait for 4 days and then check if all lights (front panel) are UP.

But i haven't got any usrname and passwd. wen and how will i get this???

Please help!

Keep in touch with BSNL people. You cannot log in unless you configure your modem using the username and password

Connect the ADSL port with the phone line and cheak the WAN lead is glow up and still or it's not. If the WAN lead is glow up and still then your phone line have the DSLAM signal.
