Default Need Help With Changing Plan.
Dear Friends,
I am from kolkata. I am using the 750 UL Plus plan.
I recently came across the following link

Calcutta Telephones

it states that the tariff has been reduced to Rs 500/-

Has anyone of you converted to this new Tariff.

Also whom do I address the application while submitting the written application.
Please help me people.

Please help me guys
A few of my friends are using this plan. It is there from last Feb I thin. They just extended the date for joining. I think you can use the normal procedure for plan change.

Not sure. Please enquire at local exchange. When I changed the plan, I applied at the JTO's office.

PS : I am not from Kolkata
