    Lightbulb Help Regarding Bill.

    This is my first bill after i took BB from bsnl, since bill is having some new things i am not getting whats all that....

    I got my connection on 26-MAY-2009 and mine is a H 500 C+ plan.



    Now things given in the RED BOX i am not getting...?

    i think these charges are on a proportionate basis for the last few days of may.GU is gross unit,FU is free unit,NU is night unlimited i think & as you can see GU=FU+NU.check with your data usage to see if these figures correspond with these numbers.

    Are u sure that your BB was activated on 26th May.

    From the bill it appears that H 500 C+ was activated on 30th May.
    BB Fixed charges from 30.05.09 to 31.05.09
    600/31x2 = 39
    Proportionate free usage = 2.5 GB x 1024 /31 x 2 = 165 MB
    Gross Chargeable Unit (excl Night Unlimited) 227 MB
    Free Unit 165 MB
    Net Chargeable Unit = 227 -165 = 62 MB
    Charges @ 80p/MB = 50 (rounded off)

    Are u sure that your BB was activated on 26th May
    Ya it was activated on 26th May, no issues they gave a discount for 4 days
