I am using BSNL broadband Home combo 500 plan. I have been facing this problem in my desktop which uses wired connection (LAN). Whenever I disconnect and try to reconnect just around 2 am, it does not connect and gives error 676 phone line busy message. This problem was not applicable to my laptop which used wireless but since I accidentally broke my laptop, I need to solve this problem in the desktop. I tried everything like restarting the modem, restarting the system, resetting the modem, repairing the connection etc but nothing works. It works normally after 8 am, I mean I can disconnect and reconnect without getting the error message. What might be the problem?? Please help me
