    Post Static Public IP Address

    Can anybody tell me how to get static public IP Address for BSNL Connection?,
    I am trying to make my website public, or is there any other way.

    You can use any free hosting service. There are methods using which we can host site in our website. For a static IP, you need to pay extra. An application to BSNL will do the trick.

    Under Advanced options
    see dns and ddns menu items.
    also try.

    Hi dilip , Prashanth Speaks Post Was Very Useful, I have achieved web hosting without any extra payment(using the post), that is exactly what I needed

    My Another Question : To check the website I have to go to a browsing centre and then I try , is there any other way through which I can broswe using public ip locally(curretly mentioning public ip in the local pc is Not working but private ip works)

    Try a proxy. It may work for you.

    Thank you Dilip, Proxy works(I confirmed from the fact that local ip address is Not woking when I include the ip in the url,it should Not work,cool)

    Hi essbebe, where is the scale icon? and How does it look?

    Hi Guys,

    I am sorry, With Proxy both Public and private works and Without Proxy also both the ips are working(I wrongly added www in the host that is why it was not working)

    You can find a similar icon under the name of the person about whom you wish to add a comment.
