    @George101
    1) when you cheak the modem dose it setup with Bridge mode ? or setup PPPOE with blank username and password.
    2) You say that you restart the syatem is that you mean you restart your computer not the modem ?
    3) When you log in without user name and password and at that time you were in the net and the amount of data transfar not added to your account and it's shows to you now total 0 ?
    4) Can you tell me which type of modem are you using.

    I am asking this qustion so all member of here knows what magic happen to you.
    One of my friend getting this type of magic some months ago. He can access to the net without using the user name and the password. but it was for some days. He was in new portal. IP start with 117.

    Please reply of my qustion.

    PPPoE with blank username and pass

    when i restarted the system, the net was still ON

    i didnt login, it automatically did, i didnt even knw it first, i tried logging in with my id and it stuck at connecting, and i simply tried a website and it opened

    i didnt turn off modem till next day 2am and when free time started i restarted modem and everything went back to normal. yesterday checked the usage and there was no entry between the day before's freetime and yesterday's freetime, and i has been online the whole day and used abt 120Mb as per shaplus bandwidth meter!!!

    am using ut300r2u

    Thanks for replying.
    This same things happen to my friend also. The entry dose not recorded when he was online with no user name and password and he is also in the new portal like you are.
    maybe some bugs are in the new portal. But now he canot log in with blank username and password.
