Default MAC to IP mapping in UTSTARCOM WA3002G4

    Hi,

Does anybody know how to configure UTSTARCOM WA3002G4 router/modem to have a particular IP address mapped to a particular MAC address so that the machine with that address will always get that IP address upon DHCP requests?. In a way, reserving that IP address for the machine with the MAC address.

This is possible in the Huawei WA1003A modem/router. Can anyone help me to configure this in the WA3002G4 router? i don't want to setup my laptop to a static IP address wirelessly as i will be using it with other routers at work or some other place and don't want to constantly go in control panel to change the IP address acquiring mechanism.

    Thanks.

    Lightbulb Batch Files

You can Automate the process of changing IP's by using netsh command in batch files.
