    Thanks,

    Stefan

    May be ITI

Open your modem (type 192.168.1.1 in your broswer, ID and password - admin),
enter user name and password. VPI/VCI 0 -35

have you just changed chaged the Modem setting only or any lan settings in PC also ?
As said by Dilip if you can access 192.168.1.1 from your browser then just lan settings are fine. Just tell what type of connection you want ie Always On or Want Dial up. so will guide you in detail.

My connection should be always on. I have messed about with the pc settings, but have reverted back(i think) to what they were.

Ok will print that and give it a try once i leave the internet cafe.
The modem model is ITI, DNA-A211-I, if that helps?

Thanks for the inputs so far guys....

Ok, I followed the guide as advised above and it worked, infact my broadband is now back to it's original speed, don't know why it had become sluggish of late, maybe i need to run anti spyware.

    Tanks a million guys!
