HI,
My BSNL broad band connection stopped working.When i try to connect it gives me 691 error saying cannot validate username/password and etc...
i am able to see ADSL signal on the modem and every thing seems to be correct.I didn't change the user name ,password or any thing it stopped working suddenly.I don't usually use the land line with the broad band, So when i tried connecting to call customer care even i dail tone is not coming up.
So i am not able to figure out if the problem is with the connection line/ modem or any thing else.Did any one faced a similar issue?.
I called the customer care and they raised a ticket for the problem, but no one showed up till now..![]()
