    Default Bsnl hacking possibility ?

its not confirmed yet and i donno where to begin
firstly i have BSNL ul750 plan with ma xdownload speed of 30 - 32 kbps
recently i was downloading crysis wars through bitcomet dw accelerator since i wanted to browse then i limited the download speed of crysis to 10 kbps then continued rowsing . Latre surprisingly a miracle happened when i increased i.e. let the download speed of crysis wars to unlimited so it started dowloading at 800 kbps i was shocked this went on for 2 seconds further it reduced to 400 kbps and finally to 250 or so and 100 and boom back to normal 30 kbps !!

is there any loophole that we may find here also i need a software that varies bandwidth from time to time i.e. per second or per minute.

    nice thread...lol

hey have you tried this ever. Download anything in mozilla browser for some time and cancel it. Then try to download it again and look for the speed.
Actually data get saved on local machine when you download it first. After that when you try to download it,it just fetches the data from the local machine only. That's wat my perception.

This is a very common phenomenon. Its called burst speed. Its jus like your bike accelerating, ie its lasts for a short time only.

SO the answer for your question is NO, its not possible to do so.
